Job Description
- Develops and Initiates Quality Assurance Systems and Programs.
- Responsible in establishing quality standards through quality inspection of raw materials, in process, finished products, packaging and dispatch handling.
- Coordinates with Logistics and Operations Department for processes and specifications of new & existing products.
- Develop QA plans and other required process control procedures to insure processes, work in progress and finished goods meet the specified quality and standards.
- Develop, update and maintain procedures and documentation for all Quality Systems.
- Develop and provides training plans and modules, tools and techniques to enable other departments to achieve quality.
- Continuously evaluate the quality and food safety system for product and process improvement opportunities in collaboration with the other concerned department.
