Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP)
Ensure compliance with product specifications, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Drive quality improvements through audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative controls
Partner with Production, Technical, and Laboratory teams to improve process capability and product consistency
Monitor sanitation, hygiene, process performance, and product quality to minimise defects and customer complaints
Support product trials, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
