What does the job look like?

As a Senior Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across Linfox Healthcare's quality and operational processes. Working closely with the National Quality Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, you will identify, develop and implement process improvement projects that reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), enhance compliance and deliver greater operational efficiency.

This is a project-focused role where you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to optimise Quality Management Systems (QMS), strengthen process consistency and ensure compliance with GxP standards and customer requirements.
