QA Operations Lead, Product & Batch Flow

Bavarian Nordic seeks an experienced Head of QA Operations in Bern to lead a team of eight QA Specialists and drive product and batch readiness, documentation, and inspection readiness at the Bern site.

You will partner with Manufacturing, QC, Supply Chain, MSAT, and Quality to balance compliance with operational needs, champion continuous improvement, and ensure timely, compliant batch releases in a GMP environment. English fluency required; German is a plus.
