WHAT IMPACT WILL THE QA MANAGER HAVE AT ESG?
East Side Games is looking for an experienced and passionate QA Manager who will uplevel the QA department to new heights and establish new standards and best practices.
WHAT YOU MIGHT DO IN YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Lead, mentor, and grow the entire QA department, including QA Analysts, QA Specialists, and QA Engineers, with a focus on technical development
- Direct the adoption of automation strategies, ensuring tool implementation and development to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Develop and refine workflows, benchmarks, and frameworks to ensure both internal QA teams and external QA vendors/production are set up for success.
- Empower internal/external teams to be held accountable for upholding quality across all projects, acting as the primary driver for process and tool improvements.
- Oversee headcount and capacity planning to accurately forecast testing timelines...
