Job Description
Position Summary Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and formulating the Quality Assurance (QA) strategies. The QA Lead will communicate the strategies and processes to the QA team and across the organization. Responsibilities: Manage and lead the QA team to oversee implementation andimprovement of IQC, IPQC, OQC, QMS processes related in a timely, efficient,and effective manner. Provide a consistent Quality framework for application andpromote the continual improvement and consistent quality management system. Establish, develop, and maintain the QMS system and workwith teams to develop and revise procedures that comply with ISO QMS and IATFrequirement. Manage the certification and audit of the Company ISO and IATFprocess. Effectively communicate the QA strategies, processes, andneeds across organization, as well as within the QA team.
