About the Job

The QA Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance function across Tether Data. This role ensures that product releases meet defined quality standards through the development and execution of test strategies, frameworks, and automation. The QA Lead works closely with Dev-Ops and Product teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

The QA Lead serves as the quality champion within Tether Data and plays a key role in shaping the overall testing culture and processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test plans, automation frameworks, and quality metrics.
