- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong experience in Functional Testing.
- Experience testing Web, Mobile, and API-based applications.
- Experience validating end-to-end business processes.
- Experience working with Jira and defect management processes.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Experience with Mobile Banking applications is highly desirable.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding QA teams and quality initiatives.
