QA Executive (F&B) (Up to $4,000 / 5 days / Tai Seng)

Position: QA Executive (F&B) (ID6105)

Location: Tai Seng

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM

Salary: up to $4,000

• Implement and maintain food safety systems (HACCP & ISO 22000) for the Central Kitchen and outlets (Singapore & overseas)
• Conduct food safety, hygiene and SOP training for staff
• Support QA testing and new product development
• Perform regular hygiene and quality inspections
• Investigate customer complaints and quality issues
• Ensure SOP compliance across Central Kitchen and outlets
• Liaise with vendors and contractors on food safety and QA-related maintenance matters
