**Summary**
+ Ensure the continued growth of zongertinib by driving patient‑centric strategies and deepening market understanding
**Tasks & responsibilities**
+ Develop local marketing strategy and tactics by close collaboration with various stakeholders based on global strategy and initiatives
+ Identify opportunities and ways to better meet customers’ needs for short-term and long term
+ Monitor performance via agreed KPIs
+ Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement the strategy
+ Develop promotional materials such as promotional brochures and tools for HCPs and patients
+ Plan and execute congress events such as sponsor seminars and symposiums
+ Plan and execute trainings for field force together with field training team
