- Import purchasing (Goods)
- SAP system operations and record-keeping
- Warehouse management and inventory control
- Conducting audits for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards
- Supplier coordination and communication
- Purchase order processing and follow-up
- Material requirement planning and scheduling
- Documentation and reporting of purchasing activities
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or other relevant field
- High-level conversational English (Communication with suppliers, Japanese manager, and documents) - At least 2 years of experience in purchasing in any industry
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think on their feet
