  SUMMARY 
 The Purchasing Supervisor supports and facilitates the manufacture of quality products by effectively managing the procurement of various inventories, including OSP and MRO material. The supervisor also manages processes, facilities, and sound business relationships to meet or exceed the company's goals and objectives.
  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 
 Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. 
 Measure supplier performance and take the proper steps to assure compliance and improvement.
 Manage approved supplier list. 
 Negotiate pricing and monitor supplier performance.
 Support continuous improvement efforts and document all processes for AS9100.
 Participate in continuous improvement projects and 5S-related performance teams.
