Source and purchase refinery materials, industrial equipment, spare parts, chemicals, and operational services. Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and generate purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
- Obtain supplier quotations and conduct price, quality, and delivery evaluations.
- Coordinate procurement of industrial chemicals, pumps, valves, and piping materials, electrical and instrumentation components, mechanical spare parts, safety equipment and PPE, maintenance consumables, and production and operational supplies.
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased materials to support continuous refinery operations and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers regarding delivery commitments.
