Purchasing Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Complete Unit Purchase Order Recording: Ensure accurate recording of purchase orders for various units.
• Input to N/S System: Input relevant data into our internal systems for tracking and inventory management.
• Invoice Recording: Maintain records of invoices and ensure timely processing.
• Outgoing Goods (DO) Handover Slip for Complete Units: Prepare necessary documentation for the handover of outgoing goods.
• Vehicle Information (Transport): Coordinate transportation logistics and maintain vehicle information records.
• Archive Storage and Updates: Organize and update archives related to purchasing activities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
• At least have 2 years experience as Purchasing or any other related position (from heavy equipment industry will be point plus)
