Purchasing & Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the General Director, youll be the glue that keeps purchasing, logistics, and stock control running smoothly. Your days will be filled with: Purchasing & Supplier Coordination Managing and following up on both local and international purchase orders Keeping suppliers in the loop and on time Providing clear, weekly order and payment reports Assisting with component updates or parts needed by the Argentine production team Logistics & Dispatch Coordinating outgoing shipments and preparing shipping documentation Tracking urgent part movements to keep production flowing Stock Control Support Working closely with the stock controller to track and verify incoming goods Flagging new deliveries for inspection and recording Monitoring internal part usage for production Requirements: Experienced in purchasing, logistics, or operations administration Excel-savvy and comfortable using digital tracking tools Organized, methodical, and an excellent communicator...
