Purchasing officer | Aircraft maintenance

You'll be working for a leading, independent aircraft maintenance organization in the Maastricht region. You'll be working right alongside the aircraft, as part of an international team with short lines of communication. It's a full-time position.

Are you creative enough to source parts that almost no one else can find?

As a Purchasing Officer, you are responsible for sourcing all required parts for a single aircraft, from A to Z. This is not a role focused on routine purchasing or recurring orders. Your challenge is to track down critical aircraft parts when the source is unknown, supply is limited, or availability is extremely scarce. For you, impossible is not an option. If a manufacturer cannot deliver a part for several months, you proactively explore alternative solutions; for example, by creatively reallocating components from other aircraft undergoing maintenance.
