Purchasing management is responsible for purchasing materials based on established purchasing policies and procedures.It is responsible for supplying the production lines with raw materials, tools and various materials by planning them based on customer demand while maintaining an optimal level of inventory.It is the responsibility of the management that the logistics of the materials is carried out in a timely manner to ensure the freight budget is covered.
- Administration of the purchase of indirect materials following the established procedures- Administration of the planning of direct materials, tools and various materials.
- Administration of tools and indirect material warehouses.
