Job Description

Responsibilities

  • In-charge of all purchasing and related matters
  • Responsible for sourcing, evaluation and procurement of supplies
  • Source appropriate products and services with the best possible pricing and payment terms
  • Issue Request for Quotation to suppliers for new items
  • Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
  • Liaise with suppliers on changes to orders and confirmation of orders
  • Process and verify delivery orders and invoices
  • Perform regular stock take
  • Maintain and upkeep inventory control
  • Calculate costs and prepare cost analysis
  • Support operations team and perform operational duties whenever necessary
  • Provide support for special projects
  • Perform any other job tasks assigned by the management

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Procurement or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a Chinese restaurant
