Job Description
Responsibilities
- In-charge of all purchasing and related matters
- Responsible for sourcing, evaluation and procurement of supplies
- Source appropriate products and services with the best possible pricing and payment terms
- Issue Request for Quotation to suppliers for new items
- Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers on changes to orders and confirmation of orders
- Process and verify delivery orders and invoices
- Perform regular stock take
- Maintain and upkeep inventory control
- Calculate costs and prepare cost analysis
- Support operations team and perform operational duties whenever necessary
- Provide support for special projects
- Perform any other job tasks assigned by the management
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Procurement or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a Chinese restaurant
