PURCHASING MANAGER /EXECUTIVE

Job Requirements / 任职要求

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
拥有供应链管理、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位（硕士优先）。

Minimum 5–7 years of purchasing/procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
至少 5–7 年采购/供应链经验，其中至少 3 年担任管理岗位。

Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
具备强大的谈判能力、分析能力及供应商管理技能。

Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.

Knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., DOE, labor laws, import/export policies).

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
