About the Role
The Purchasing Manager plays a critical role in the Sourcing and Procurement organization. The Manager will drive on-going professional development, coaching, and training of the buyers, develop and manage relationships with suppliers in their geography, partner with sales to ensure that purchasing processes are in place to meet the ever-changing needs of Rand's customers, and to deliver to performance goals and KPIs.
