Purchasing Executive

As Purchasing Executive you will manage and execute operational purchasing tasks delegated by the Purchasing Manager in line with Group Purchasing (GP) policies, principles, guidelines and procedures for Indirect Materials (IM). You will work closely with local stakeholders and GP to support the company’s business targets. This position is based in Dubai and reports to the Purchasing Manager of Jotun UAE.

• Identify and plan requirements for designated IM categories based on close dialogue with relevant user departments.
• Source, select, and approve suppliers for designated IM categories in close cooperation with user departments, including supplier audits when relevant.
• Support user departments in ensuring optimal IM specifications are in place.
