Responsibilities

• Ensuring 100% stock availability and minimum safety stock levels on all core sales items to meet and satisfy customers and sales team demand
• Planning and placing of orders with suppliers to meet demand and MTPT requirements
• Management and shipment arrangements through consolidator, duties taxes and GRN process
• Chairing weekly procurement and ordering meetings with sales management team to review order book status on all stock availability and delivery status
• Overseeing and management of application for firedoor tags, sirim and others as required
• Processing and management of firedoor process through approval and local factories
• Processing and loading of new SKU’s and doing stock adjustments as and when required
• Managing project stock ordering schedules to optimize on customer required delivery schedules, factory MOQ’s and local stock holdings
