Job Description
Job Scope
Assist to perform sourcing, request of quotations, price negotiation with local and oversea suppliers with cost efficiency strategy
Track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders
Check shipments arriving date to ensure that orders have been fulfilled correctly and that goods meet specifications
Negotiating with suppliers and maintaining relationships with vendors
Evaluating potential suppliers and overseeing contracts
Assist continuously source for new suppliers and better substitute material with the aim of bringing down total purchasing cost
Prioritize workload to meet project, department and company deadline
Perform other related responsibilities or ac hoc duties as required by superior
Academic Qualification
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing, Supply Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Skills and Experiences Required
At least 3 years experience in related field or food industry
