Job Description
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.
- Process purchase orders and follow up on production progress and deliveries to ensure the timely arrival of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Work closely with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Resolve any supply chain or delivery issues with vendors.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required by the Head of Department.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Experience in apparel, merchandise, or event-related purchasing is an advantage
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Organised, detailed oriented & able to multitask
