Job Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials according to company requirements Prepare purchase orders and follow up on order status Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of goods Prepare and maintain purchasing, shipping, and import/export documents Verify supplier invoices and maintain proper documentation records Update purchasing records, supplier information, and inventory data Support superior in daily purchasing activities and ad-hoc...
