Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking inventory.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
  • Support inventory management through regular stock assessments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet purchasing needs.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and basic knowledge of inventory management.
