Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our Heysham team. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, with great communication skills and a strong focus on accuracy and customer service. You’ll help us maintain excellent relationships with clients and suppliers while supporting vital purchasing processes.

Heysham – full-time, office-based.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders, ensuring all costings are accurate and required documentation is provided.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve queries and maintain clear communication.
- Chase deliveries with couriers and suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Arrange and process supplier payments using banking and credit card methods.
