Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Administrator to support purchasing coordination and inventory-related administration for an entertainment industry organization in Brampton, Ontario. This Contract position is well suited to someone who enjoys working with vendors, internal teams, and system-based records to keep purchasing and receiving activities accurate and on schedule. The successful candidate will help maintain product information, process receipts, support reporting needs, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers based on direction from the purchasing leadership team.

• Provide the sales group with accurate product details, supporting information, and related materials as needed.

• Work with operations, traffic, and distribution teams to arrange product deliveries across multiple distribution centres.
