Purchaser/ Project Construction Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchaser / Project Construction Coordinator to support our construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site coordination, purchasing activities, and petty cash management to ensure smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor petty cash, including:
• Processing and liquidation of expenses
• Payment of project-related bills
• Accurate recording and documentation of all transactions
• Coordinate with construction team members such as foreman and other assigned focal persons
• Supervise and manage laborers on-site
• Handle purchasing of materials and supplies as needed
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and proper documentation
• Assist in project coordination to maintain workflow and schedules
