Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Maintain inventory levels according to TPI Composites targets.

  • Maintain the Oracle system (open, delayed, and closed orders).

  • Generate reports: MRP, shortages, DOS (Days of Supply), Min-Max.

  • Handle return of non-conforming materials.

  • Support production lines (development of new materials).

  • Control obsolete materials.

  • Keep suppliers informed with purchase forecasts at % accuracy.

  • Ensure just-in-time deliveries.

  • Follow up on engineering changes.

  • Track shortages through Oracle.

  • Monitor customer approvals/validations.

  • Follow up on job changes in Oracle.

  • Monitor VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) releases.

  • Comply with and enforce all provisions of the Internal Work Regulations of TPI.
