- computer literate - prepare purchase orders for construction, mechanical and electrical related items. - match purchase order, delivery orders and invoice and prepare for invoicing - ensure goods are delivered to site on time - arrange logistic for collection and delivery of materials - compare quotations of different goods and materials and equipment to be use for construction work - arrange equipment and tools to be repaired and or serviced and maintenance
