- Sourcing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor's quotations
- Ensure purchase procedure comply with organisation's policy and strategy
- Coordinate with site person on materials needs and delivery schedule
- Liase with supplier on delivery schedule
- Follow up on quality and quantity of good delivered
- Administer vehicle, lorry, crane and truck activities
- Handle delivery order
Qualifications
- Min 2 years relevant working experiences
- Good interpersonal skill and strong at negotiation skill
- Multi-tasking and swift response to site request
