We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Purchase Officer with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities for spare parts and vehicle-related materials, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing aligned with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for the procurement of automobile spare parts, tools, and consumables.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Prepare purchase orders, maintain purchase records, and track order status.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve issues related to delays or quality discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/maintenance for replenishment.
Review and manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
