Job Description

  • Manage procurement of electrical components (switch gear, PLCs, VFDs, panels, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain vendor base; evaluate supplier performance
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to optimize cost and quality
  • Ensure timely material availability as per project schedules
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, and production teams
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly
  • Handle RFQs, vendor comparisons, and purchase order processing
  • Track order status, deliveries, and resolve supply issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
  • Prepare procurement reports and cost-saving analysis


    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Electrical preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in procurement (control panel/electrical industry preferred)
