Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in vendor management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and procurement planning. Candidates with proven experience in high-rise construction projects and extensive knowledge of construction materials, MEP procurement, finishing materials, and project procurement will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and business objectives. Source quality vendors and suppliers for civil, MEP, finishing, infrastructure, and interior materials. Identify alternate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and uninterrupted material supply.
