Profile: Purchase Executive-Solar Recycling-Surat-4.8 LPA

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
• Prior experience in the Solar industry is mandatory.
• Experience in sourcing Solar PV modules, inverters, structures, cables, BOS components, or related electrical products is preferred.

Salary Range: 30k to 40k

Roles:

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities for solar projects.
• Identify and develop reliable vendors for solar components and materials.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize purchase orders.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, stores, and accounts teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Track order status, follow up with vendors, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, vendor agreements, and documentation.
