Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing all public relations matters related to the project
- Plan, launch, and manage public relations programmes to engage stakeholders effectively
- Prepare and disseminate circulars to residents and stakeholders on upcoming or ongoing work activities
- Develop and maintain the yearly Public Relations (PR) plan and prepare weekly/monthly engagement reports for submission to Government Agencies
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings with Government Agencies and other stakeholders
- Organize briefing and meeting sessions with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle and resolve conflicts, feedback, and complaints pertaining to the project, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with Contractors and the operations team to implement corrective actions
