A Pub Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Pubs and beverage service including staff management, guest relations, inventory control and financial performance. They strive to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests while maximizing profitability.
Customer Service
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Train staff in customer service best practices.
Beverage Selection and Inventory
- Manage and maintain a well-stocked bar with a diverse range of quality beverages.
