Responsibilities
- Understand the business requirements for the processes, including the desired outcomes, performance, quality & standards that need to be followed.
- Responsible for managing team performance, planning, and organizing the activities of the team to ensure the process is delivered according to the agreed requirements.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivate team members, this includes providing clarification on business requirements and ensuring team members have necessary knowledge to effectively carry out their activities.
- Ensure processes delivered meet the required quality, implement quality control measures, conduct regular reviews and audits, and address any issues or deviations from the agreed business requirements.
