**Job Description:**
To provide therapeutic services and diagnostic services to patients. Services may be provided in a primary care or specialty care setting. Essentia uses evidence-based models and interventions to care for patients. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others. This is to include but is not limited to individual, group, and family therapy, mental health intakes and assessments, diagnostics, and coordination of treatment services for the patient. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.
**Education Qualifications:**
+ Plans and delivers mental health treatment for adult, adolescent, and/or children using generally accepted psychotherapeutic modalities of treatment.
