Psychologist - Full-time - up to $10k Bonus How you make a difference As a Psychologist in a correctional or detention facility, you will provide clinical mental health services to inmate patients and supervise other mental health professionals. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and consultation services consistent with professional standards and institutional policies. Conduct direct clinical services including diagnosis, treatment, psychological testing, and crisis intervention. Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards of care and participate in quality improvement activities. Develop and implement goals and objectives for clinical services and assist in staff recruitment and selection. Notify appropriate personnel of serious incidents and provide professional education and staff development as needed.
