**UW Medicine Primary Care and Population Health - Harborview** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Patient Services Specialist 2 - Panel Navigator** **.**
**WORK SCHEDULE**
+ Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week)
+ Day Shift
+ Must be willing to work at multiple Harborview clinic locations
**DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**
The Health/Panel Navigator is accountable for population health activities and tasks in the clinic which may include, but are not limited to the following: Enhance the patient experience through proactive engagement and outreach around wellness, preventative care and striving to improve the “global” patient experience. This role is accountable for population health activities working closely with the care team in the clinic.
