**We are hiring full-time provider relations representatives to start on October 19th, 2026.**
**Training:** Approximately 12 weeks of on-site paid training
+ **Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (511 Essjay Rd, Williamsville, NY)**
**Schedule:** Associates will work a regular shift **between the hours of** **8am and 5pm** **Monday through Friday** .
