Your role in our mission
Respond to basic client/member questions and/or forwards inquires to appropriate personnel.

Research client/member inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. 

Process requests and update account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation.

Perform data entry, assist with MSCAN/MSCHIP processing, and other inquiries.
