Prototype Workshop Engineer (Santa Fe)

Responsibilities
Responsible to manage manufacturing requests of vehicle components, engineering tools, engineering devices, test samples, etc.
Responsible to manage technician personnel, follow up their career development and continuous leadership training.
Responsible to ensure compliance with maintenance and calibration programs for equipment and machines.
Responsible to provide resources to perform Workshop manufacturing process.
Continuous communication with Product development teams to share information and results.
Continuous improvement for efficiency of resources, team members and internal processes.
Attend Vehicle Integration meets to understand and response requirements of each vehicle platform.
Update of processes and documents and active participation in internal and external audits of ISO ****.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree - Automotive Systems Engineering preferred.
Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
