AtkinsRealis is dedicated to engineering a better future for our planet and its people. The Transmission, Distribution & Renewables sector focuses on power generation and distribution projects worldwide. We are currently looking for a Protection & Control Engineer to join our team in Burnaby, BC.

Your Role

As a member of the Transmission, Distribution and Renewables team, you will:

• Prepare Protection & Control designs from conceptual to implementation stage for Transmission, Distribution and Generating stations.
• Perform design work in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code.
• Prepare single line diagrams, DC/AC control schematics, panel layouts and bill of materials and detailed wiring diagrams.
• Program Protection & Control devices.
• Work on reports and calculations and perform site visits.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver projects.
