Your profile

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Computer Engineering, Engineering management
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Diagnostics/emissions calibration or controls or experience with automotive systems, hardware or validation of electrified propulsion systems
• 3+ years experience in regional/global size program management
• Knowledge of INCA, Matlab and Simulink/Stateflow
• Experience in large dataset processing and analysis
• Experience leading meetings or groups/teams with a leadership aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and business acumen
• Self‑motivated/proactive with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team
