Proposals Engineer Sheffield (Hybrid) Up to £45,000 We're recruiting for an experienced Proposals Engineer to lead the full bid process for industrial automation and control systems projects. This is a technical and commercial role where you'll interpret client specs, develop compliant solutions, produce detailed proposals, and build accurate cost estimates (materials + engineering hours). You'll also support client engagement and manage multiple tenders to deadline.
