Responsibilities
- Respond to RFPs from media agencies by producing customized PowerPoint decks and Excel pricing responses
- Adapt templated slide decks to reflect specific therapeutic areas and campaign objectives
- Populate and format pricing tables, product grids, and campaign summaries in Excel
- Manage an active queue of concurrent proposals under strict deadlines
- Coordinate with internal sales, strategy, and marketing teams to gather necessary inputs
- Use AI tools to accelerate first drafts and research therapeutic areas
- Maintain and organize the PowerPoint RFP slide library
- Proof all proposals for accuracy, formatting consistency, and alignment with requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a proposal role
