Overview
Black & McDonald, an integrated multi‑trade service provider, seeks a Proposal Manager to lead the creation of competitive procurement responses. The role collaborates across Facility Services Division teams, partners, subcontractors, and client contacts to develop coherent, compliant, and compelling service delivery solutions and proposals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all elements of business development responses from kickoff through to sign‑off and submission.
- Establish deliverables, assign tasks to subject‑matter experts, and apply appropriate timelines.
- Ensure compliance with terms and conditions, client specifications, and legal requirements.
